Candidates must possess the following requirements:

1. A minimum of 2 years experience working in an Aesthetics related field (Spa, Salon, Medical)
2. Flexible with schedule, available to work any day Monday -Saturday. Part time/full time
3. Be able to answer phones and schedule patients before, during and after work hours
4. Strong sales skills
5. Communication & customer service skills
6. Responsible, punctual, driven, trustworthy and detail oriented.
7. Must be able to work great in a team as well as independently
8. Warm, positive, enthusiastic, welcoming, well organized, professional demeanor and a well-groomed appearance.


Medical Spa Front Office responsibilities include:

1. Greeting of all guests
2. Answering phone calls/emails/texts from your cell phone
3. Accurately book & change appointments
4. Educate clients about our services and products
5. Take payment for services and products
6. Sell treatments, services & retail products

Back Office duties include:

1. Provide  Zeltiq CoolSculpting Fat Freeze treatments
2. Provide Viora Reaction Skin Tightening treatments
3. Assist in all areas of spa operations as requested by management
4. Take excellent before and after photos of all patients.
5. Prepping treatment room/equipment/materials.
6. Prepping patients for treatment
7. Maintain a clean; safe, fully stocked and well organized work area.
8. Keeping the spa looking clean and presentable at all times
